Our powder coating line is dedicated to coating high-end parts, with diverse applications in the automotive and other industries and a wide range of colours may be applied. Fully automated, the line ensures a uniform, high-quality and durable coating layer.

With a production capacity exceeding 900,000 m²/year and more than 4.3 million parts/year, we handle large volumes efficiently. The dimensions of the coating area per rack (6,000 x 1,700 x 600 mm) allow us to accommodate large parts.

The process begins with the assembly of the parts on racks, followed by a 6-stage cleaning stage to ensure proper surface preparation. After oven drying and cooling, the powder coating is applied in pressurised, automated booths, followed by oven curing for maximum durability. The process culminates in a complete 100% visual inspection and careful packaging to protect the finish.

Our product line also affords the possibility of providing special finishes.
