Our cataphoresis line specialises in coating automotive and industrial parts, covering both aluminium and steel, with a capacity of over 5 million parts per year. The dimensions of the coating area per rack (3,100 x 1,700 x 800 mm) and capacity of up to 300 kg per rack allow us to handle a wide range of parts, regardless of their shape.

The process begins with 8-stage pre-treatment, combining spraying and immersion, ensuring optimal cleaning and preparation of the surface.

Cataphoresis is ensured with automatic configuration programmes, guaranteeing consistent uniformity and quality. This is followed by a 3-stage UF Power Wash to remove impurities, a curing oven to ensure coating durability and a complete 100% visual inspection to guarantee compliance. Finally, the parts are carefully packaged to protect the finish during transportation.
